Private Assisting
About
ANSA is a community of over 160 trainees and surgeons that work in various private hospitals.
This particular branch of ANSA’s service arose from the increasing demand for private assisting and its need for timely and reliable surgical assistants.
Currently, we match private assisting jobs via two platforms:
- Melbourne Surgical Assistant Job Facebook page
- Surgical Private Assisting Whatsapp group
Currently this service is proudly free of charge. However in the future, with increasing numbers of members and anticipated workload, this service may be associated with a small fee.

Accreditation
To facilitate a quick and smooth link-up to assisting jobs, we ask that members of our network be accredited at the following private hospitals:
